Richard Seabrooke

Despite his mother’s obvious dismay when he popped out into the world Richard Seabrooke is a boy and is also the founder of CandyCollective, a group of passionate individuals dedicated to showcasing exceptional Irish and international creativity in unique and engaging ways. He is responsible for the hugely successful Candy online digital magazines, SweetTalk live creative events across the globe, many collaborations with big brands and bakes a mean banana bread (it’s the random pieces of Galaxy, Munchies and Moro that’s the secret).

He was also responsible for a social weekly newsletter called RANT you may remember a couple of years ago and came third in the Gorey Credit Union’s art competition when he was around 10 years old, props to his cousin Michael for the help with the shading on the kitten. He cites his loathing of soap operas and mediocre television for the time to do these projects alongside his 9-5.

Just so you know, his sister popped along 3 years later and his mum eased up on cross-dressing him. Thank God.
